	The applicant subscribes to the development of minority businesses and agrees to undertake the establishment of a minority business development program in its company.
	The applicant agrees to promote the general development of minority-owned businesses in the community
	The applicant pays such annual dues as may be set by the OMSDC Board of Directors
	The applicant agrees to report its corporate expenditures with minority-owned businesses to the OMSDC annually on a confidential basis.
	The applicant agrees to designate a primary contact for the council and shall attempt to participate and send appropriate representatives to a majority of all council events.

Annual Dues Structure:

Memberships are paid annually.
